Kalamazoo Public Safety K9 Officer Christian Smith passed away October 8th after a battle with leukemia.

Christian was a beloved husband, father, son, and friend. Christian was a 6-year veteran of KDPS, where he served as a police officer, firefighter, field training officer, K9 handler, and drug investigator. He was a selfless public servant who was dedicated to providing exceptional services to the community. His contributions to the community were far reaching and his legacy is not soon forgotten. Prior to joining KDPS, PSO Smith valiantly served in the United States Marine Corps.

The proceeds from this blend will be donated to Officer Smith’s wife and two children or charity of their choice.
